SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

From the time your order is placed and the date when you receive it, are two processes to consider. 

Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information.

Shipping: It takes 2–7 business days to for apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

Due to Covid-19, our fulfillment times will be longer than usual (17-23 days). The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We accept returns or exchange, for items damaged in transist. In order to return or exchange due to damage in transit you must submit a photo of the damaged product. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled accordingly. You must submit a return 14 days after delivery. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered.
