Can I expect delays with my order due to COVID-19?


EVN works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.




What is your return & exchange policy?


We accept returns or exchange, for items damaged in transist. In order to return or exchange due to damage in transit you must submit a photo of the damaged product. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled accordingly. You must submit a return 14 days after delivery. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered.




How can I check the status of my order?


Once your order is ready to go a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. Attached will be your tracking number. (Please note there are delays due to COVID-19)
